Coaches, Administrators, and Teacher Leaders: Based on the principles of Cognitive Coaching, we’ll focus on using effective questioning to unlock the mystery of guiding others to self reflection that is meaningful, builds capacity, and encourages greater success. We will discuss what types of questions to use during interactions to keep conversations focused on the growth of our mentees. Through strategies that lead to decision-making, reflection, and effective perceptions, we’ll explore how to lead others to be self-directed individuals.
