WVEC offers a consortium model to school districts for professional development. Being in a consortium allows WVEC to offer relevant learning to educators at a fraction of the cost because of shared expenses. Each Member District is able to send up to two teachers to each Title IV eligible workshops and conferences, participate in Purdue’s virtual STEM field trips, audits, and become a member of all network groups.
WVEC prides itself on bringing in top-notch local, state and national presenters, and a consortium is able to afford this opportunity to our districts! WVEC Title IV Consortium offers professional learning that is relevant, timely, and based on feedback from its member districts.
